Our Florida Home is known as ‘Pelican Palms’

We are delighted to tell you about our beautiful holiday home in Calabay Parc, Davenport, Florida.

Calabay Parc is a prestigious community in a quiet location with easy access to Walt Disney World and other major attractions. It is also perfectly situated for access to golf courses, and as a base to explore some of Central Florida’s wonderful state parks and other less well known attractions. If you are looking for a day at the beach, both the Atlantic and Gulf coasts can be reached within an hour to an hour and a half drive.

The villa itself has a spacious beautifully furnished family room complete with a flat screen colour TV, Blu-ray DVD player and Wi-Fi Internet access. There are sliding doors to the covered outdoor patio and Solar Heated pool. Adjoining the family room is the kitchen and dining area, which also has sliding doors to the patio and pool.

The kitchen includes everything you would expect of a luxury home including large refrigerator / freezer with automatic icemaker, cooker, microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal unit together with the usual small appliances such as coffee maker, toaster and blender. The kitchen is well stocked with crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. Full laundry facilities are located in the utility room.

The master bedroom has a queen sized bed, colour TV, and windows onto the patio / pool area. The en-suite bathroom has a large shower, a Roman bath, double basins and a separate toilet. The area leading to the en-suite contains a spacious walk-in closet.

There are two further bedrooms, one with a queen sized bed and colour TV, and the other with twin single beds and a colour TV. Both rooms have closets and storage. Conveniently located between these two bedrooms are the second bathroom, and a linen cupboard.

All bed linen and towels are supplied.

The covered patio at the rear of the property has a ceiling fan, lights and table and chairs. The large pool which is Solar Heated gives year round warmth and has a beautiful water feature and underwater lighting. Gas powered pool heating is also available in those cooler winter months. There is also a removable pool safety screen and a deck side WC.
